Skills Required:

1. Strong familiarity with ASP.NET Web Forms required
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong troubleshooting skills
4. Proficient in managing servers running Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
5. Experience deploying .NET web applications
6. Experience with configuring and deploying databases in SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, including SQL querying
7. Familiarity with networks in an enterprise/server environment, e.g. configuring firewalls and proxy servers
8. Extensive familiarity with modern varieties of desktop Windows OS (XP through 7/8)
9. Capacity to resolve issues in a proactive manner

Job Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate client requirements and implement new features in the ASP.NET web forms application
2. Perform functional, integration and regression testing for the entire application platform
3. Compile daily development and client resolution reports in coordination with stakeholders
4. Deploying .NET web application and database to remote servers with associated configuration
5. Identifying and documenting customer software issues
6. Informing customers about the progress of a fault report and feeding back the cause and actions taken to rectify the problem
7. Provide support for usage of HRMS application functions and features
8. Coordinating with application development team to resolve software issues
9. Remotely upgrading client web applications and databases
10. Maintaining the necessary records
