Clinical trials points:

FDA radar has clinical trials and violates basic GCP principles. These are some protective measures:

It is not the case that all clinical trials are safe. There are many no concrete side effects of various drugs and they are still checked through clinical trials. There are some trials which are conducted separately for which most of the patients are facing allergies. It depends on our mentality if you think or believe that a particular drug will cause side effect don’t undergo such a study. Yes you can make money by undertaking safe and healthy trials.

The following are the transplantation:

  • Safety and effectiveness of new drugs to prevent rejection.
  • Safety and effectiveness of other agents to improve islet engraftment and increase islet mass after transplantation.
  • Safety and effectiveness of co-transplanting selected immune cells to improve graft acceptance and promote long-term cell function.
  • Indicate early islet loss so we can develop intervention strategies to sustain islet function.

Smart Clinical Research

 Smart Clinical Research

Clinical Research is the only field which looks out for drugs and medicine for safety and quality but there are some reasons for the slowdown of the progress. And there are lots of times spent for clinical research for drugs.

Efficient clinical trials are and can be applied through smart phones as well. It allows simplifying the complexities and makes the task very much easy as well. It gathers important information such as weight, height and blood group of the patient.

Admission: It is difficult to maintain the records of the patient as well and the medical history of the patient as well and therefore smart phone helps you in a smart way to make a difference by having a history of records of all the patients and their dates of admission, treatments and fees paid.
image1.png
Smart Participation: and another most hurdle and burden is like the commitment of the participants to give a long term trial. It is not necessary to have a face to face meet up as there are smart phones today. It can also maintain proper records.

Proper Data: how the majority of data collected from different patients can be saved and sued for future in terms of tracks or records or files instead one can update it through smart phones very easily in no time

Don’t Worry: It is very safe and secure and no third party can edit it or duplicate it and therefore there is no threat for a biological war as well if the culprit is in the clinical research.

Clinical research- a future in Pharmacovigilance

Clinical research- a future in Pharmacovigilance

The future of pharmacovigilance is very hectic let us view the following challenges.

There are some big challenges in this industry:

1) Increased Exposure. There has been an increased exposure of population and disease as well and the drug distribution according to the current technology also has to increase accordingly but that many sources are not available. These include medicines used in growing countries to put an end to silent monster diseases such as HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis and there are clinical research going on in that as well.

2) Network transfer. There has been large amount of sale of medicines abroad using the internet thanks to the modern scientific technologies. Different information of drugs is transferred through the internet to various parts of the countries. There is different information like safety, quality and expiry date.

image.png
3) Health vs. medication. The number of medication must increase the number of health problems because there are various health issues which are going on today like the Ebola virus which has struck Africa and there is a need of medication as prevention is better than cure. Clinical research needs to rush up its speed in the race.

4) Quality check up. The safety of the medication products has to be continuously monitored by the pharmaceutical industries. There is a false belief that generic drug is much better than normal drugs suppliers and therefore generic drug is the largest supplier in Europe. this shows the status of clinical research in Europe

Clinical research for alopecia

Clinical research for alopecia

There has been a drug created for reversing the hair loss due to alopecia areata by some researchers who are committed. There has been a research held for inventing a drug for curing the disease alopecia areata and helps in promoting the re growth of hair and making a difference to the needy out there. And there are other researches going on as well for natural medicine.

In the clinical research, the researchers report initial results from an ongoing clinical trial of the drug, which has produced complete hair re growth in several patients with moderate-to-severe alopecia areata. And surprisingly the results were very much outstanding all the patients as they got back the hair within five months of time.

The drug has been mind blowing in its performance and if it is continue to be the same it will benefit majority of people who are suffering from alopecia.

It is common syndrome and it affects both men and women. There are patches of hair loss and for some people it will be throughout the body and including the facial hair as well. There are people who are suffering from this disease and they are stressed up emotionally.

It all happens when the cells of the immune system attack the root follicles and remove the hair. It was unknown fact about the reason behind alopecia and there were clinical research going on in that area. It attacks the immune system and sparks the attack.

The T cells which are responsible for attacking the hair follicles are identified by first identifying with the mice and then with the human beings who are attacked. Ruxolitinib and tofacitinib are the two inhibitors who were able to block these immune pathways and they were able to stop the attack on the follicles thus preventing hair loss. And in the mice both the drugs helped them by reversing the hair loss within 12 weeks of time.
