Although telemores are removed when cell division takes place it elongates when cell division takes place. Turmeric makes a difference in such areas of the tissue and it helps and prevents the structure. Researchers measured the effects of curcumin on cell survival and cell growth, intracellular oxidative stress and telomerase expression in these brain cells. Results indicate that the effects of protecting the brain is due to the effects of curcumin in Alzheimer’s may be primarily due to its effects on telomerase expression. The telomerase expression disappeared in the protective effects produced by curcumin

So finally it can be concluded that brains can be protected using turmeric against aging and other issues. But the results of the clinical trials didn’t show up as expected. Due to poor absorption of curmin it would have been resulted in failure and the most effective means of curmin was theracurmin.

It is said that the build of abnormal proteins amyloids can play a critical role in producing a deteriorative brain disease which is very much common among most of the people.

It was declared by the drug maker Novartis and an Arizona-based research institute that a new study to see whether that whether amyloids affecting experimental drug can be used for curing the same incurable disease.

Ages 60 to 75 are at high risk of developing Alzheimer’s symptoms because they inherited two copies of a gene called apolipoprotein E as per the study.

The clinical trials are to be conducted for the study of two investigational anti-amyloid drugs and their effects on the participants, one an active immunotherapy and the other, an oral medication. As there are two drugs, it will be tested separately and then it will be injected or triggered before there is an accumulation of protein takes place in some of the participants’ brains. The drugs are intended to stop the buildup of amyloid, which is the focus of most Alzheimer’s research.

It was also declared that there was a study focused on 300 members of a Colombian family who share a rare genetic mutation that typically triggers symptoms around age 45.

The joint venture announced along with Novartis that it targets a more common form of the disease that affects older adults. It was made in an international conference at Denmark.

The study goals were to evaluate therapies for treating Alzheimer’s disease and it was said to find out whether the emergence of cognitive impairment can be slowed down that’s so likely to occur, or in theory, perhaps even prevent its emergence.

But there are no guarantees that any of these investigational treatments will take care of the clinical onset of Alzheimer’s disease. Due to the creative opportunities it can be mind blowing if it becomes a possibility.

Although there was recession in the field of clinical research there were companies that received federal approval for a patch application form of its high-dose drug as it just slows down the progress from becoming worse rather than dealing with the route cause.

There are almost 1,50,000 people affected by the disease in New Jersey and there are experts commenting that around 14 million people will be affected by 2050.

It is expected that the findings will also inform future studies in a broader perspective Alzheimer’s disease population.

The clinical research findings were really surprising because younger and depressed women had more chance of acquiring the heart disease when compared to the older women. Even in men having age more than 65 years and are depressed have a higher chance of acquiring this problem when compared to young men. This increased risk of heart disease did not apply or proportional for the increased risk of death.

 

Apart from smoking and drinking, depression is also about to be considered as a risk factor for heart diseases. Exercise regularly or do some yoga practice for relaxation and some emotional benefits as directed or said by psychiatrist. Other clinicians may consider discussing depression when surveying patients for heart disease risk factors. Depression was added as a risk factor by American Heart Disease Association in addition to other causes.

Steps are being taken for avoiding the future deaths for the patients due to heart disease and the reason being depression. Clinical research is going on by comparing the sudden stress in young women who have suffered from heart attacks, and similarly aged men with recent heart attacks. 1.     Eat a Healthy Diet:
The food you choose to eat should be a balanced diet and eat it in right proportion and do not dumb yourself with too much of food at a single shot. Do not use heavy cleansers or do not shave daily which will make your skin rough. During a bath don’t apply cleansing in the downward direction of your face.
